What personal data do we collect and process?
Personal data that we process for the purpose of direct marketing includes your contact details, such as name and email address. We collect additional information if you choose to submit it, including your title and place of employment, business telephone number, mailing and facsimile address, as well as the contents of your questions and/or comments submitted along with this information.

Opus does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is processed only by those Opus employees who have a need to know for the performance of their duties, typically in our Sales and Marketing departments.

Transfer to the United States
This Site is primarily located in and operated from the United States. As a result, it is necessary for us to transfer your personal data to the United States. While there has not been an adequacy decision allowing this transfer to the U.S., Opus Global, Inc., via its subsidiary, Alacra, LLC (previously Alacra, Inc.) participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. How long will my personal data be retained?
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Opus is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We use Local Storage, such as HTML5, to store content information and preferences.
